This autumn, we are excited to offer Breathwork with Sandra Abdul Karim—an experienced breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher dedicated to helping you reconnect with your body and unlock your full potential through the power of your breath.
Sandra has trained and worked alongside leading experts such as Wim Hof and James Nestor, and brings a unique blend of modern breath science and embodied practice into her sessions.
Join us for transformative breathwork in two formats: immersive workshops and a 4-session course designed to help you go deeper into this powerful practice. Whether you are new to breathwork or looking to expand your experience, this is a unique opportunity to reduce stress, boost energy, improve focus, and create lasting change from within.

This is an activating breathwork technique where you will be breathing for 45 minutes.
Please refrain from any mind-altering substances including within at least 24 hours of your appointment or workshop. Clients will be turned away from a session or workshop if under the influence of a substance, including alcohol, and no refund will be given.

Sandra Abdul Karim är yogalärare och breathwork-facilitator med en djup passion för kroppens inneboende intelligens och läkningsförmåga. Hon guidar klasser och workshops där rörelse, andning och närvaro samverkar för att skapa balans i både kropp och sinne.
Hon har utbildat sig, mött och arbetat tillsammans med ledande experter inom andning, såsom Wim Hof och James Nestor.
Som yogalärare hämtar Sandra inspiration från både dynamiska och mer stillsamma praktiker, och hennes undervisning präglas av ett inkännande och tryggt ledarskap. Hon väver in medveten andning i sina yogaklasser för att fördjupa upplevelsen, stärka kroppskontakten och stödja nervsystemets reglering.
Hon är certifierad Advanced Wim Hof Method-instruktör samt Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing-instruktör, och kombinerar modern andningsforskning med en förkroppsligad och upplevelsebaserad praktik. Genom sitt arbete skapar Sandra en inspirerande och hållbar väg till ökad energi, närvaro och välbefinnande.
