This autumn, we are excited to offer Breathwork with Sandra Abdul Karim—an experienced breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher dedicated to helping you reconnect with your body and unlock your full potential through the power of your breath.

Sandra has trained and worked alongside leading experts such as Wim Hof and James Nestor, and brings a unique blend of modern breath science and embodied practice into her sessions.

Join us for transformative breathwork in two formats: immersive workshops and a 4-session course designed to help you go deeper into this powerful practice. Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified breathwork instructor and experience the power of conscious breathing. In this 2-hour breathwork workshop, you will explore how your breath can be used as a tool to regulate your nervous system, improve everyday breathing, and shift your mental and physical state when needed.

What is breathwork?

The workshop begins with a short introduction to breathwork and its core principles, including breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and commitment to daily practice. Safety guidelines and possible effects during the session will be explained before you are guided through a powerful breathing technique inspired by proven methods.
 
You will then bring your awareness to body and breath through several guided breathing rounds. The session is fully guided and supported, allowing you to go deep into the experience at your own pace. The workshop ends with a short meditation to integrate the effects and leave you feeling calm, grounded, and energized.

This workshop is beneficial whether you are a yoga practitioner, athlete, runner, dancer, or if you experience stress, anxiety, panic, or asthma. It is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, participation is not advised if you are pregnant, epileptic or diagnosed with heart disease.

This is an activating breathwork technique where you will be breathing for 45 minutes.

Please refrain from any mind-altering substances including within at least 24 hours of your appointment or workshop. Clients will be turned away from a session or workshop if under the influence of a substance, including alcohol, and no refund will be given.

Sandra Abdul Karim är Breathwork guide hos Studio Frid

Sandra Abdul Karim är yogalärare och breathwork-facilitator med en djup passion för kroppens inneboende intelligens och läkningsförmåga. Hon guidar klasser och workshops där rörelse, andning och närvaro samverkar för att skapa balans i både kropp och sinne.

Hon har utbildat sig, mött och arbetat tillsammans med ledande experter inom andning, såsom Wim Hof och James Nestor.

Som yogalärare hämtar Sandra inspiration från både dynamiska och mer stillsamma praktiker, och hennes undervisning präglas av ett inkännande och tryggt ledarskap. Hon väver in medveten andning i sina yogaklasser för att fördjupa upplevelsen, stärka kroppskontakten och stödja nervsystemets reglering.

Hon är certifierad Advanced Wim Hof Method-instruktör samt Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing-instruktör, och kombinerar modern andningsforskning med en förkroppsligad och upplevelsebaserad praktik. Genom sitt arbete skapar Sandra en inspirerande och hållbar väg till ökad energi, närvaro och välbefinnande.
