Many has requested it and here we go… finally a workshop to dig deeper into the world of Pilates!

Pilates is not just a fitness trend of stretching and core strengthening; it is a holistic approach to body and mind synergy. Six principles form the foundation of the Pilates method –  Breath, Concentration, Center, Control, Precision and Flow. This is how it is developed by the founder Joseph Pilates.

Together, these principles guide the practice, promoting a balanced body and mind. Understanding how to apply these principles in your pilates practice is the best way to maximize the benefits.

These fundamental principles relate to body awareness and proper alignment to ensure safe and effective exercise and will be covered in detail during the workshop.

Expect to sweat as well as learn. Work smarter, not harder.

This is an all-level workshop, suitable for anyone liking pilates and is curious to learn more.

About Bobbi

Originally from western Canada, Bobbi is a yogi with more than 20 years of in-depth experience, having spent more than 10 years living primarily in northern India immersed in the yogic lifestyle. She has devoted her life to living and sharing the spiritual principles of yoga sadhana.

Along with being a registered yoga teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation), Bobbi is a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage practitioner and experienced in Pilates (mat) and alignment-based bodywork. She shares extensive knowledge of body mechanics from a lifetime of competitive dance training and a bachelor’s degree in Dance.

Bobbis classes are guided in English, with charm and deep knowledge.
