Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is an excellent complement to dynamic yoga. It is passive and meditative. Few asanas (poses) are held passively for longer periods (5-10minutes). Fascia is stretched, flexibility is enhanced and energy channels - meridians - are affected. Postures are held longer than in dynamic yoga allowing for a practice of mindfulness and reflection of oneself. Yin Yoga is suitable for everybody who is interested in exploring body and soul with presence and awareness.
