Virya Yoga
Virya yoga is a dynamic yoga form developed by Josephine Selander. The three different yoga series that Josephine has developed (level I, II and III) are based on her experience as a dancer and as a yoga teacher. Based on this, she, along with naprapath Malin Flinck, sought to find a program with minimal risk of injury that systematically both strengthens and relaxes the body gradually. In Sanskrit Virya means enthusiasm, energy or power. Viryayoga promotes vitality and energy. Enthusiasm means to playfully delight and inspire a desire to experiment and explore the landscape of both body and mind.
