Restorative Yoga
A nurturing yoga class letting the body and senses relax. We rest in well supported postures with the help of bolsters, blocks, blankets and belts for 3-10 minutes. Emphasise is on comfort. Excellent for recovery from injury or illness or just letting go of stress.
A great class for all levels of practitioners.
