Prenatal (gravid)yoga
This gentle class is designed to help women stay strong, flexible and healthy throughout their pregnancy and prepare for the changes occurring within the body. Poses focus on strengthening and stretching the legs, opening the hips, toning the pelvic floor, deep breathing, and relaxation. Prenatal yoga allows you to calm the mind and release stress that is associated with pregnancy and motherhood. This class is for women at any stage of pregnancy.
No prior yoga experience is required. You must pre-register for this course.
