Hatha II
This class is suitable for the intermediate student who has practised yoga for some time and is familiar with the poses (asanas). In these classes we continue to work building strength and flexibility, learn to do handstands, headstands and backbends. If you are wishing to improve your yoga fitness this is the class for you. Attention is still focused on precision and alignment and a sense of playfulness is present.
