This is a class suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners from the yoga novice to the seasoned yogi. At this level all the poses are described in detail paying attention to technique to help build strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for those new to yoga. We pay particular attention to precision and positioning to protect you from injury. Classes often have a particular theme and are often playful.
