Ever since I can remember I have had a huge interest in feeling good. When I first started with yoga it was about exercise. Today, a few years later, I continue to practice but for many other reasons. Besides keeping the body strong and flexible yoga has given me better insight, more spiritual wealth, a deep happiness in lifes beauty and the joy of connecting with the world.I am a RYT 200h certified Viryayoga teacher. During the last years I have been practicing Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Bikram yoga and I have attended many workshops with Anusara teachers. My aim for today and the future is to practice yoga, teach healthy and safe practice, to give consideration, kindness and love.
